About Me
Carl, CEO of 3rd Generation Fitness, has a background in business and is a certified personal trainer (NFPT). His fit lifestyle began early in childhood as he pursued a passion for basketball. He played throughout high school and college and remains active with many recreation leagues throughout the year. He keeps his physique with consistency at the gym and healthy eating throughout the day.
